Really lovely stay at the Cardinal!
Great stay at this hotel. Well located in a quiet street but close to centre so perfect for walking and tram. Super friendly staff who suggested some nice restaurants for us. Our room over-looked the small internal courtyard and had limited natural light so we had to put the lights on for breakfast even though weather was sunny outside. We also had no option but to eat our breakfast in our room which didn’t have any views. The same breakfast is served every morning including coffee, pastries, fruit and fresh baguette. Was fresh and to a high standard but would have liked more variety e.g. yoghurt, granola, eggs. Loved the Clarins toiletries and the tasty treats that were left in our room for us to enjoy when we arrived back at the hotel after a day of walking and sightseeing.

Stop looking and book hotel cardinal.
It is an oasis of calm and beauty. We had an incredible stay and will return for sure. Staff met our every request, no matter how hard, and help us wrangle a literal carload of baggage. Breakfast (in the room!) was divine, too,

THE most e visited hotel ever. Supreme hospitality rarely seen, certainly in the United States. All rooms are suites with gorgeous furnishings, high ceilings, excellent linen and towels. White tablecloth breakfast served in your room. Very eco friendly and the staff amazing. Best ever experience!!!!
