    Best experience ever

    What a breathe of fresh air this place was to stay after a horrible experience that ruined our trip at another hotel! Sheila was very understanding and made me very comfortable! The price was great and the room was awesome! We will stay here again every time we come to the Tampa area!! Best staff ever!! Very safe location and very comfortable rooms!!

    Nice place for short stay

    Front desk staff were very helpful. Check in was great, nice hospitality and experience. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Location is great. Easy access to shops, restaurants. Hair dryer was missing in our room, had to call 3 times waited for more than 2 hours and yet was not given. Finally had to leave the room with wet hair. Room had only one set of towels, had to call to receive another set. A person came and dumped 4 towels, they were neither neatly folded nor looked fresh...Housekeeping needs improvement.

    Pretty good stay

    There was a few minor cleanliness details that could improve (stains on the bathroom/ kitchen floor, hair on the sink) but other than that it looked great and it was very neat. Complimentary breakfast and Starbucks coffee was a nice detail 👍 Also the garden is beautiful.

    They are trying...

    The good reviews led us to try west wing and we were a bit disappointed. You can tell they are trying but missed the mark a bit on a few things. There were 3 gross "what is that?" moments in our room. A splatter of who knows what on both the tv and a chair and something on the carpet too. The bed was also a but creaky and the sink was too large for the small sink making jt difficult to wash things in the kitchen area. The supplied silverware and things were also not very clean, we washed again before using. The garden area could be amazing with a little better maintenance (weeds and cigarette butts) and maybe a few trees for some shade. While they are working to keep it safe, marking near the back as instructed gave an uneasy feeling due to there being only one way out.
