Lovely hotel!
Lovely modern hotel with great TV selection for foreign visitors. USB Charging in room. Fully air conditioning for heat and cool. Lovely bathroom with decent shower. Only downside was the comfort of bed was a little stiff but for the price you cannot say no!

False advertising! We mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was in Bruges. There are a number of Ibis hotels in Bruges and, due to the naming convention of calling the hotel the name of a town in the general region it's located, it was not until we arrived that we realised our error. We expected a hotel called Bruges Jabbeka to be in Bruges!! It is 15 minutes drive on a freeway from Bruges. We asked the lady at the desk if we could be transferred to an Ibis in Bruges. She stated that no, this could not be done. We pointed out the misrepresentation with the name, she stated that it is clear that this hotel is in Jabbeka, it was not clear to me! She would not allow us to cancel without charging one nights fee. She was argumentative about our error in booking this location, which we freely admitted was our mistake. There was no customer service from the staff. We were charged €6 for the use of the open air, public access car park. There was no apology, empathy or conciliation from the staff. The room is much like a student dorm. It was clean but very small. The reception area smelled pleasant. You can only access the bed by one side. The tv is oriented so that it is not easily visible from the bed. There is a single plastic chair in the room. There are no tea or coffee making facilities and the hair dryer is located at reception.

Great stay. Room had USB ports for charging phones etc. Comfortable beds, good shower. It was a bit tight on space especially with a third bed for our child but bearing in mind it's a budget hotel you get what you pay for.
