Great location to get around München.
Immediate and courteous welcome on arrival. Very neat place; close to transport ie U-bahn, S-bahn, and Trams, you can visit any sight you prefer; walking distance to Alstadt and Hauptbahnhof; proximity to shops & outdoor eats; and quiet. Basic Wifi occasionally drops which was not good when you're booking a flight or checking maps and directions, hi-speed Wifi is at an additional cost. Generally, it was a good stay and ticks the budget, Wifi ought to be "best" at all times, no distinction between basic and hi-speed.

The premises had a washing machine and items for cooking and eating. It was very close to the main railway station and close to other sightseeing areas.

The location was close to the main train station and there were a couple of supermarkets nearby for your daily essentials. Only suggestion is to provide a kettle in all rooms (these are currently only provided on request). The laundry facilities were convenient although the dryer was not very effective for large loads of laundry (1.5 hours and our clothes were still damp). One area that could be improved is security for guests staying in the back buildings. The entry doors to each building should be locked at all times (they were often just left open and/or unlocked without needing keycards to open the lock), as well as shared entry doors to the apartments. That would enhance the security of guests belongings. As another reviewer noted, the hotel only guarantees that insurance will cover up to €300, so we didn’t bother to store anything valuable in the safe.

Great value for money. In a perfect position..., walked from train station with our luggage and could stroll into Marienplatz as well. Staff very helpful. Room large enough and very clean. There was a microwave AND a washing machine!!! Would definitely stay again

Great apartment stay. Perfect to have a kitchen and a washing machine. Close to a supermarket. A walk from the train station. Perfect for a 2 night stay. Staff were excellent. Great Indian restaurant next door.
