Liked the way the property looked on outside. Once inside, there was nobody at front desk, coffee machine was out, my key typically only worked after trying 20 times and there were constant odd noises all night.

from waiting to check in, to out of service coffee maker in lobby, no hand towels, only 2 bath towels, no utensils, etc. for the price, I've stayed at many other hotels with much better amenities and "style".

There was no one at the desk when we checked in. There was a number to call for assistance but no one answered. Two other staff members happen to come by. They attempted to contact the person that was supposed to be at the desk. They could not reach that person either. The other staff members ended up checking us in. we appreciated those two for helping out. There was another lady that was waiting when we arrived. She got mad, before the two other staff members showed up that helped us, and left the building. In the morning there was no one at the desk again. We left at at little before 8:00. Very disappointing stay. I will never book there again.

We got Our first room on the 1st floor because the elevator was broken and had luggage to carry. That room, although it had just been cleaned, smelled so bad of cat urine that we couldn’t stay in it. Our next room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and smelled fine. The baseboards were all pulled off due to a flood ?? On the third floor? And the mattress was so horrible! It was lumpy and felt very worn out. We were supposed to come back a few days later but canceled those reservations.

First and foremost upon arrival there was no employees on the premises to help me with check in. I Arrived at the hotel at 10pm. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check me in. There was no type of security. The doors entering the building were not secure. Anyone could walk into the building and go all the way into the housing areas. I have stayed at the Woodsprings at another location and this one was very disappointing compared to the other.
