The toon I was assigned was a handicap accessible and while it was a nice size, the bed was pretty much on the floor and terrible for me to get in and out of. It was additionally very uncomfortable. I asked to change rooms as it was not a good first night. I was told the hotel was booked and that they could not change me rooms u til the next night. I told them that I could work with that. I asked for the current room to be cleaned and they told me it would be. When I returned that night the room was not even entered by the cleaning staff. I called the front desk and told them, they apologized and said they would send someone. I told them yo forget it and just send up clean towels. I was informed I would have yo go to the front desk ti get towels as the receptionist was the only one there (who was gunna clean the toon then?). The next day I had to re-inquire about changing rooms, and they assured me it would be ready shortly (which took 3 hours). Overall nice hotel but staff seems to either be scatter-brained or not honest about what they can and can’t do. I understand people are short-staffed in this day and age but be honest with your customer, I felt that I was very patient and accommodating but I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times and basically be shined on. I payed a fair amount for this toon, and expected a better level of comfort and customer service.
