We loved the apartment. It was clean and with great amenities. The agent helping us check in was very professional as well. The two downsides were that the internet kept going on and off. And sometimes the noise from outside would wake us up. It was coming from a night club or something and it was on even on Sunday and Monday until 4am.

Very nice flat in the historic area of Porto. Very clean and the location was perfect. Close to all the tourist amenities. The transportation from the airport was on time and the person who did the transfer from the airport and the check in was very professional and very informative. I would stay here again, no doubt about it.

Great Apartment and Well Situated in Porto!
Other than having to contact them again when I arrived , as no one there to greet us when we arrived at the apartment, everything was great. Excellent location and beautiful accommodations. Be prepared that for some it may be a little loud during Friday and Saturday as this is in the bar district.

Very nice apartment and a good central location. The person that met me was very helpful and suggestions for places to visit. Great place to stay but be aware that the street has extensive nightlife (and noise) that continues until the wee hours of the morning.

Nicely Renovated Studio
Nicely renovated, with small kitchen area and breakfast table. You can order a very good breakfast to be delivered to your room. (Earliest delivery is 8:30) If you have a morning tour booked, you should get your breakfast the night before. Most places do not open before 9:00. This was a good central location and very nice studio, they have installed double windows to help with the street noice but just know that this street has bars and restaurants so Saturday nights get very loud if you try to sleep before midnight! Otherwise pleasant stay. However, having now been to Porto, if I ever come back I would rather stay in the Ribiera area by the water.

Great apartment shoddy communication
Cute apartment with a great location, if you're in your 20's/30's this is as good as it gets. The only downside is the terrible communication from the apartment owners. Expect to pay 30 euros if you can't check in between 3-8pm, an additional 30 euros in cleaning fees and they demand a 200 euro deposit in cash upon checking in. The terrible service almost ruined our experience but that being said....the apartment is next to every bar/restaurant in sight and a quick walk to the waterfront. It can get pretty loud outside on weekend nights so keep that in mind but other then that it was the perfect apartment.

Really clean and well furnished. Communication was great and a seamless check in. Perfect location right in the centre. Evenings are so loud and they even have us earplugs to sleep with. Still didn’t help as it was so loud from 2am till about 7am with the bars below.
