Cute place, but needs an English speaking host
The owner does NOT speak English at all. It was very hard to communicate with her. Also, there is no freedom to check-in at the time of your convenience. You need to let her know exactly the time, and if it’s after 8 pm she will charge you 20€, but you have to be calling her to let her know exactly the time you are arriving. That’s very inconvenient if you don’t have phone service.

Nice stay
We stayd for three night, excellent place. No breakfast, but there was some bakeys and cafees near by, where one could get breakfast. A little ouside of Firenze centre, but easy to take the bus both ways, 150-200 m to the nearest bus stop. The room was exactly like in the pictures, very nice.

Very clean and lovely b&b. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very little consisted of cookies and crackers. Location was a little far from everything. We learned about an app to get a taxi so that made it better.

A little out of the way for city center but an easy tram ride. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, we were greeted and helped so graciously. So many pluses about this property: it has a small kitchen area, comfortable beds, everything was clean and in extremely nice condition.
