Stay away from this hotel.
I was not satisfy with this hotel as customer service was not good. They treat me as I was a criminal because I did not arrive with other guest that were staying with me, as I arrive early in an earlier flight than the other guest. Did not get a room until the night when my whole party was present. They probably scare you bring more people to the room or I don't know why. This is not a good service to not give you a room until all guest are present. Stay away from this hotel as customer service is non-existing.

Beware of lengthy check-in delays but ok hotel.
This is a convenient hotel and very reasonably priced. Continental breakfast is adequate but nothing special. Check-in service, however, was atrocious and took over 40 minutes. Too few staff. Too little focus on promptly progressing with waiting guests. We completed the documentary part of check-in earlier in the afternoon, but the key could not be released until after the scheduled check-in time. Yet, to our total disappointment, we were then bounced back in to the general check-in queue rather than someone from the check-in desk having the common sense, efficiency and professionalism to just hand over our room key card.

Hotel does not live up to their rating
I got to the hotel at 12:00 pm. I was tired and asked for an early check in. They told me check in was at 3:00 and they had no rooms clean. I sat in the lobby along with many others and was finally allowed to check in at 3:20 pm. I along with all the others waiting in the lobby were allowed to start checking in. It seemed all the rooms were cleaned and allowed to check in at exactly the same time. The rooms were small but comfortable. I called for a wake up call but the person didn’t speak English very well but I didn’t get the wake up call. I stayed at this particular hotel because on the Hotels,com site they advertised free airport shuttle. When I asked about shuttle times I was informed they didn’t have that service anymore. They did recommend a taxi site that worked with the hotel for 70,000 peso, so I booked one for an early pickup. Well upon checkout it seems that they didn’t have the taxi booked. After another 38 minutes I finally got a taxi booked for 125,000 peso and barely made my international flight. If the taxi driver hadn’t driven at a very fast speed, I would have missed my flight. I’ve stayed in many hotels that have gotten a good review and they lived up to their ratings. This hotel didn’t. I won’t stay here again

Hotel promedio bien ubicado
Es un hotel que está bien para una o dos noches, y en especial si no hay que pasar mucho tiempo allí. Habitaciones pequeñas. Un poco molesto el tema del ruido, se siente demasiado ruido de la gente que pasa o camina adentro del hotel. Está muy bien ubicado.
