Crazy change
Was great till they charged me 30 dollars to check in 40 min early after asking if I could wait bc they was sold out the night b4. I told them I would be glad to eat the 40 then 10 minutes later they told me my room was ready and hit my card for 30 dollars without telling me.

Nice hotel, but shuttle was full!
Stayed one night before returning to Oregon following a 10 day cruise out of Galveston. Booked it primarily for the early morning shuttle to airport. To only having to end up ordering an Uber instead because shuttle was full and couldn't take us at time we needed to be at airport. Disappointing.

It was easy check in. CleN lobby and clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Shower had good water pressure. Overall great hotel to stay in prior to crusing. Did not like the times of the shuttle but the uber was cheap

It was very conveniently located to the airport. We had an early flight and were able to check out quickly at 4am. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus!

The hotel overbooked, and left me stranded at 12am when I just got out of my flight, provided no refund and no alternatives. The admin behind the computer said it was a system glitch. I advise everyone to stay away from Marriott hotel and Expedia for your future booking.
I called Expedia to help assist me with this issue and they provided zero to help or support, I asked for a manager and the person on the phone told me the manager wasn’t a available until 8am. I asked for a refund and they did not provided and said to ask the hotel for a refund and the only way to get a refund was to buy another ticket. There so much more, I’ll be filing a law suits against them.
