I'd really recommend this boutique hotel. It's a short walk to the centre square. Check in was super easy and they gave us a room upgrade! Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled. We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy and felt safe eating here. All the meals we had were delicious and we enjoyed dining here most nights. Breakfast was also superb! Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay special! Would go there again when we visit Cusco again!

I liked the boutique feel of this hotel in a busy downtown Cusco (felt like a refuge). My son loved sitting in front of their picture window near the fireplace and we joined him for tea. We could easily walk back and forth from our room to their common area.
