I have stayed at Cozzy Stay twice Staff was very nice The other guests were very lazed about cleaning up after themselves Not all, just a few, that spoils the stay for others I have been to many Hostels, Cozzy is up there with some of the good ones. Rooms are of good size I am not sure but all beds seem to be twins, not bunks, a plus for me. Location to food, pubs, museums, bus and rail, excellent. Have been there 15-20 nights, on a few of those nights some rude guests seem to take no notice of others and made sleeping difficult. I blame the other guests not Cozzy Stay. My only issue is, my floor has two male showers, nether one is working and of two male sinks only one is functional Come on CozzyStay, Spend some of the money you are making on the bathrooms Other than occasional rude guests and lousy bathrooms,for a hostel I would like to rate higher but but give 3 of 5 stars, could easily be 5 stars, but broken bathrooms are a big failure. One other thing, don’t expect a sign to find this place, only a street number, And check in is only 10am to 4pm (maybe). Keys are made available the other 18 hours of the day Lots to like, much more could be better

Great location, Great price, Average quality beds, Kitchen looked good though I didn’t use it, Bathroom was average. Didn’t see a staff member the whole time I was there. Feels like a no frills place to stay but could do with a facelift on the beds & bathrooms. If you need quiet to sleep then bring ear plugs

Easy access from the city
Bit noisy at the night. Staff is friendly. Difficult to find the front door but it is a big place with plenty of rooms.. However, I enjoyed the stay there..

Decent hostel
This hostel has a great location in the city! Unfortunately it has no parking (and there’s only paid parking all over the city), and it’s always quite noisy because of the restaurants surrounding it as well as noisy guests and thin walls. The facilities are ok, it really just depends on the other guests being clean. We had a private room and never really slept well. There are two kitchens which were great to have for cooking, a TV room, and a small outside area on the third level. It’s not ideal if you’re going for a comfortable place and a good nights sleep, but it’s conveniently located and decent value for money.

Bring ear plugs if you want sleep!
The place was pretty clean all in all, our room was a tad dusty and the mirror on the closet had a lot of hand marks on it so that was not cleaned. The beds were clean and the bedding was clean too. Our group had 3 rooms and two of them were close to the smoking area, the people staying there had plenty of second hand smoke to live with and the people were quite noisy. Things quieted down around 11-11:30 but around 1am we were all awoken by yelling and singing when the party people got back...around 3 in the morning they settled a bit except for one couple whom did not seem quite ready for sleep yet and continued their party till around 5 in the morning (they were running screaming through the halls at one point!) Talking to these people had no effect what so ever. To top this all off the property is nothing but stairs and small hallways so it was a nightmare for my girlfriend who is blind to try to navigate there. We checked out the day after even though we had 3 nights left there and to this day they have not replied to my email. (There was no staff on site when we left) ...never going there again!

Amazing location for a budget hostel.
Pros: 1) Location is awesome. one of the nearest to the cheap eats location (northbridge - Chinatown). However it is hard to realize the entrance of the hostel. It's just a door you will be able to see. Just beside a salon. 2) Just 1 street across Perth Station. (Which is also close to the pick up point if you are joining any tour exploration.) 3) Budget but lucky it's only max of 3 pax per room unlike most other that are providing 6 per room. 4) 3 different Bathrooms for you to choose from (Lv3 there's 1, Lv2 there's 2) 5) Cooking facilities are all good and provided. Laundry are provided as well (I didn't use it though) 6) The students there are basically very friendly and mix around with almost anyone easily. Cons: 1) It is still a hostel so your room mates habit is still a concern. Some rooms that I walked across is quite in a mess tho. Need to acknowledge that some of them are there studying so it seems to have became their home. Most seldom are neat at home. 2)There's no air-con nor fan (so it's quite stuffy). This is where your room maters comes in for help. Some bought portable air-condition which you will benefit from it, whereas other will probably get a fan for themselves. As long they on their fan, there'll be some ventilation which will help you. 3) Check-in timing is quite rigid due to stuffs working till 4pm only so if you really wanna book, do get timing confirmation. 4) Powerpoint distance is a quite a headach for some bed.

Good location but lacked decent facilities.
For a quick stay on a budget it serves the purpose. If arranged prior to trip, well-in advance I believe a better accommodation can be sorted out for the same price. The stuff were brilliant - provided simple instructions for late-check in and were also on call when I needed their assistance locating the hotel at 2am. Good job guys!

Great base camp for your Perth visit
Great basic hostel in a perfect location, close to everything you want to do in Perth! Very good value for money, I'd definitely stay here again. Only thing I would improve would be the standard of the toilet/bathroom. Thanks for a great stay.
