The staff were friendly and very helpful. Plus, if you’re lucky, you can see some wildlife from the observation deck as the hotel backs onto to Chobe National Park. We saw a few elephants while we were having some wine at sundown: it was lovely!

not a tourist destination
The poor build quality results in the hotel looking shabby which is sad as the place has only been open about 3 years. Check in smooth but room allocated for our 5 day stay had a broken air-con and room unswept. Moved into another room. Room setup for one so we had to request additional towels etc. Bathroom is tiny (2x2m) and the corner shower difficult! Breakfast spread good but service very slow. Pool is good order. Parking safe. Located away for the main tourist track and can be a little noisy with guests, who were obviously on business, socializing in the garden right outside our door.
