We were greeted courteously upon arriving and our checkin was done in a couple minutes. All the guest amenities were explained. All the staff were very polite and helpful!

It was just ok. Water pressure in shower very low. Water leaked to the floor and even out of the bathroom. Bed was a bit too soft. I rate it a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Will not return if in the area.

    Surprise parking fees

I was not made aware of the off-site parking and would like to have known before check in to properly budget for parking.

    Can’t win them all.

We have stayed at several Hyatt. We won’t stay here again. Walls very thin could here people next door. Hotel is not that old but does not look well kept. Parking $15 a day across the street and shared with another hotel.

  • 8.0.Very good

My overall stay was good, could have been excellent had it not been for noisy guests on my floor. Of course it was the 4th of July weekend. There were ladies talking very loud in the hallway, afer midnight. Someone yell from their room asking them to go to their room. It's amazing how some people have little respect for your privacy, in a public place. I will stay at the hotel again, but not on a holiday.

The room and front desk service was excellent they even accommodated a late night check-in. My only complaint my room wasn’t serviced until the day before we checked out. Housekeeping stated my room was put on the list, they did bring fresh towels and changed the trash and cleaned the room first thing the next day.

    Fast weekend

Very clean and comfortable room. Lobby restroom was in need of real attention Thursday night, but great overall stay.

  • 8.0.Very good

This hotel was in a great location for walking around Bricktown. I only encountered one staff member during our stay (at check-in), but she was very kind. The parking situation isn't the most convenient, but it seems like the norm for hotels in the area. You pay $15 (plus tax) at the hotel so you can park right across the street in an outdoor parking lot. The parking is shared with one other hotel, so it can be hard to find a spot if it's a busy time. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were grateful for the location of the hotel so we could park in the hotel lot and walk to Bricktown (rather than trying to find parking elsewhere in Bricktown).

Good place to stay for a brick town baseball game.

We stayed for baseball tournament at Bricktown. It was my third visit and everything was nice. Not quite as good as the past but they are just trying to get back to normalcy after covid.
