Very nice and knowledgeable owners. Felt like at home. Very cute and historic accommodations. Close to main attractions, bath houses, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this BB and will stay again.

Great attention to detail in this 1905 home, both in the antique decor and modern comforts. Appreciated the availability and friendliness of our host for questions and recommendations as well as the tasty breakfast. Also loved being able to walk to restaurants and Bathhouse Row after our long drive the day before.

Charming B&B right off the main strip
Wonderful, colorful home just off the main strip in Hot Springs. We had a terrific experience. Judy and Dave cooked us up a great breakfast in the morning that we shared with the other occupants. Thick walls - never heard any of the other folks until breakfast. Would absolutely return to this place for a future visit.

The accommodations are ok, but very old - you may like it if you've always wanted to stay at a historical home. The breakfast was good, but not enough to satisfy; had to get breakfast after we left. The local area rating is due to the depressed area the home is located in - six blocks away is a nice downtown area, but you definitely feel like you've left the "good" part of town to get there.
