Beautiful property in Carnac. The check in was simple. Free parking was a huge help for us. Their staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room and facilities were very clean and neat. The view was nice, and I felt like I was in a peaceful neighborhood. Very quiet. Great affordable place for your stay in Carnac.

Beautiful facility (room, hotel, garden), great service, and the restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant at reasonable prices. Not a chain, this is a small family run business you should contact directly to reserve dinner. Breakfast also wonderful.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, ideally situated between the city center and the beach, and the property is well maintained. Unfortunately, the level of customer service was very disappointing. There was no possibility of having breakfast outside, and we were unable to get a table at the restaurant for dinner despite being hotel guests. What was most surprising was the complete lack of flexibility during a 42°C heatwave. The rooms reached around 35°C, yet the staff refused to provide even a few ice cubes so we could cool the tap water. Such a simple request was declined without any attempt to help. This is particularly disappointing because the hotel has real potential. With a more customer-focused approach and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, the overall experience could have been excellent.

Les abords de l’hôtel sont jolis petit jardin plaisant salle de restaurant également très agréable. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas servi dans cette pièce. La chambre familiale, elle est vraiment petite très peu de rangement pour disposer les effets personnels de quatre personnes pour une semaine… de même pas de salle de bain séparée et la douche est en plein milieu de la chambre principale, pas évident pour l’intimité…

La facture a été réglée en ligne lors de la reservation. Lors du depart, ils ont voulu facturer la nuit une nouvelle fois. Aucun geste commercial malgré leur erreur. La patronne n'est même pas intervenue et à laissé son employée régler le problème pour eviter d'avoir à faire un geste commercial. Aucun esprit commerçant.

À l’arrivée dans ma chambre (vers 21h, la réception étant fermée), j’ai été incommodé par la mauvaise odeur qui y régnait malgré la propreté de l’endroit, vraisemblablement une remontée de mauvaises odeurs par les canalisations. J’ai donc dû dormir fenêtre ouverte, ce qui n’a malheureusement que peu atténué la gêne ressentie. Le lendemain matin, j’ai donc appelé la réception de l’hôtel pour demander à changer de chambre, et on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible car il n’y en avait pas d’autre disponible, mais qu’on allait s’occuper de mon problème. Le lendemain soir à mon retour du travail, j’ai retrouvé la chambre faite et la même odeur désagréable, peut-être légèrement atténuée. Idem le troisième jour, et malgré cela pas un mot d’excuse à ce sujet au moment de mon départ. Cela m’aurait suffi pour excuser l’hôtelier du désagrément subi, mais dans ces conditions, il n’y a aucune chance que je revienne à l’avenir dans cet établissement.

Mon séjour au Lann Roz a répondu parfaitement à mes attentes aucun soucis en revanche je suis déçue par Hotels.com. j'ai déjà fait des réservations avec d'autres sites je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème. votre site m' a prélevé 144.48€ alors que le Lann Roz m'a facturé la chambre à 137.76€ il a été très surpris. je lui ai même montré mon avis de débit. il n'a pas su m'expliquer pourquoi cette différence. Et vous, vous me l'expliquez comment ? il est certain que sans explication de votre part je ne ferai plus jamais appel à vos services

Belle chambre spacieuse et propre, petit balcon plein sud. Jardinet bien aménagé avec espaces détente. J’ai moins aimé le gazon synthétique, bien que plus facile à entretenir… il manquait les produits de bain pour la douche. À noter la particularité de cette chambre : coin douche ouvert donnant sur la chambre.
