Room was spotless, staff excellent. Room was a little crampt, very little room to put clothing. More in the way of plates and cutlery would have been helpful. Otherwise very good.

A reliably pleasant stay
We arrived after dark and the manager was already waiting for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable about local food outlets. Free on-site parking is a big plus. The room was, as always, warm and clean. Additional items that would have enhanced my stay – a shower cap and a small microwave.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We were looking for simple, clean, safe and affordable for a one night stay, walkable to the city. Our vehicle was being serviced the next day. We thought the room Might be a bit noisy with the hotel being on a Main Street. But our room was super quiet, far back off the main road. The reviews were good, so this was it, Putu is a perfect host. He responded to my call fron the parking at the back door immediately- (the parking is around the block behind the hotel). He was friendly, professional, and offered good advice for dinner then breakfast nearby. The room was bigger than we expected based on reviews and had everything we need. The bathroom beautifully renovated. We would absolutely stay here again! Great value for money.

A few suggestions from customers in Rm 7 on Sat ni
We stayed in Room 7 unfortunately there was no remote for the television and the electric blanket in the cupboard was for a double bed (there were 2 single beds in room) and didn't work when i plugged it in. Also when i tried to ring the staff by dialing 0 it advised it was disconnected? The vanity tap water supply is not much more than a dribble too.
