BUYER BEWARE ! THIS PLACE WILL STEAL FROM YOU ! Do not leave your luggage and any valuables. I left mine and had a good amount of money stolen. The hotel won’t do anything about it, and I have to wait until the morning to speak to a manager. Wow! Also, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Stay somewhere else !! Update- I found out my cologne is also missing. I spoke to the manager via email, as well as corporate and they basically said, they are not responsible for lost items. That’s insane since it was in their possession. This hotel outside of this issue also did not live up to the expectations I had when booking a “5 star” hotel. The bed had a big bump in it. Also, the spa pool was so cold I didn’t get in it. Which was the main reason I booked. Also, you have to make an appointment before using anything. You are limited to one hour. I didn’t even get to enjoy the facilities as I had to check out by the time they turned things on. And the hotel wouldn’t extend my check out. But the biggest issue was the theft, which I still cannot believe. I am staying at a hotel down the street the rest of my trip and it is a way nicer hotel and experience. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU RUSH YOUR BELONGINGS TO THEFT.

***NOT A FIVE (5) STAR PROPERTY*** The double bed was two twins pushed together. There is no staff that opens the door or is waiting to help you unload luggage. The Bar makes bad drinks. It was the WORST vodka soda he has ever had. (Not sure how you mess that up) I found the female front desk reception rude to me. I was booked for a yoga class, and the gentleman out front even wrote down the wrong room name for where the yoga class was.... The design of the bathroom is beyond the stupidest thing ever. It is zero privacy, so be prepared to take turns to go on walks if you need to go number 2. BUT not all bad.. Felipe was the shining star, as per staff. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good at the hotel.
