3 night stay
We stayed for three nights in two rooms. Hotel was very central which was great when showing friends the city for the first time. Rooms comfortable and well appointed , but they could have better soundproofing as you could hear everyone outside in corridor. But the worse noise came from the building work next door . The drilling starting at 8am. Not the hotels fault and the manager very understanding and apologetic but felt they should warn guest before arrival or close of these rooms . Sadly could not have a lazy start to the day! Lifts were terrible and with non staying guests being able to use the same to get to sky bar in the evenings , we found this frustrating!! One lift was always out of action at night. In the end a nice member of the team showed us another lift which was for staff but super efficient . Why isn’t this for guests!!
Used sky bar once on day of departure but felt the service lacking!
Lovely location , very clean but have stayed many times in Barcelona of same rating for a less and would probably sadly not stay again. Shame I was so looking forward to it.
