Amazing! Anna and staff are absolutely amazing. We felt welcome and cared for…it felt like family! From cold pool refreshing dips from hot days walking around or at the beach to terrace top beginning or end to your day…this place still our heart!!! The breakfast and service from Danna was exceptional and their great English to help with our tiny bit of Spanish and directions and of things to see

The room was a bit dark as it was painted brown. But that was ok when you got used to it. This bed and breakfast was charming, the staff really nice, the breakfast enjoyable and sufficient. The coffee was good. It is conveniently located in the centre of Zihuatanejo, close to restaurants, the mercado, shops. It appears to have a dedicated clientele of return guests. All in all, it was a good place to spend a night.

Sweetness Abounds
If you're looking for a little place to stay that is affordable, centrally located and with the warmest hospitality ever, then you should book Casa de la Palma. Bring your own pillow if sleeping on hard pillows bothers you. Keep in mind that you will have stairs to climb, and other than the fresh fruit and good cup of coffee, the breakfast has nothing very nutritious or delicious to offer but the breakfast area is quite charming along with the smiling service.

I would not recommend
My reservation was lost despite arriving a little past the indicated check-in time of 3PM. I was told I was supposed to reconfirm. I only ever received one email confirming my reservation and in fact stating that I DIDN'T need to call to reconfirm. We ended up having to wait longer to get a room and was more expensive than the one I had originally booked. We were only staying one night to catch our flight the following day so for the price I think the place is ok. I would not recommend it for longer stays. Our room was on the second floor right by the stairs. With people constantly coming and going, it was not very pleasant to sleep. The street noise is also a constant at night. The pool water was a bit cloudy and our shower was too small. The shower curtain sticks to you if you aren't carefuI. It was also hard to keep the rest of the bathroom dry once you shower. I'd say the best part was the resident kitty cat.
