Namba gem
We loved our stay at this hotel. A little expensive but by far the biggest room we have had in Japan with a super comfy king bed. The location is amazing from the Namba subway you just take exit 28 and you come out right at the front door. It’s only a 5 mi Ute walk to the lights and action of Dotombori and fabulous restaurants are everywhere. The only downside was the breakfast. It’s in the basement of the building next door and was very basic and tasteless. If they improved this I would rate them much higher. The location can’t be beat.

Great location, close to Namba but far enough that you avoid the noise. Very close to JR-Namba station. No issues with hotel / room. Staff friendly and room is spacious by Japanese standards.

A comfortable stay In Osaka
The accommodation was roomier than I expected with separate bedroom, bathroom, toilet and powder room. We enjoyed the coffee and tea supplied as well and he toiletry item. All good quality. Although it was near a main road and highway the noise was no more than our large home in a good suburb.(at times quieter). The service and cleanliness was impeccable. I would recommend as it is a short walk to railway stations and shopping and food districts. We are already booked to stay again.

Hotel in great location
The hotel is well located in busy Namba/Osaka with markets etc within walking distance. If you spend a good deal of time exploring the city the small size of the accommodation will not be an irritation. The staff are great.

9th floor Twin room 1 night in annex building as told main hotel full & we would not be able to afford the rooms despite already paying an excessive $190 AUD per night! Room facility good with keycard entry/lift/modern interior but woken 3 times from 3.30am by ambulance "air raid" siren/Japanese voice emergency alert from the street as hotel located near a hospital & Windows not soundproof! Hotel also conveniently located close to Namba OCAT/JR Namba stations for Kansai airport/regional travel & Dotonbori shopping/nightlife area. Onsen facility costs 5000Yen for hotel guests but should be included with room! Checkout staff quite rude/seemed to be having a bad day! Location great if you don't mind the lack of sleep/poor customer service & $$$

Good location to food and just next to the Metro subway. Convinient to travel around Osaka with a day pass. Breakfast at the hotel was great

The outdoor public bath was good. Problem? We did not know this existed. Also, we had a hard time carrying our luggage up the steps from the subway exit and then the hotel entrance.

Hotel was close to the Bus station, Dotonbori and other shopping and dining areas. Room was not as clean as I would've liked as I found multiple pieces of hair on the floor after checking in.
