I honestly cannot rave about this hotel enough. There’s no way you’re going to find a better hotel at this location, for the price. The location is maybe a 10 minute walk to the metro, the opera house, St. Stephens, etc. My room was HUGE, and even had a gigantic bathtub, separate water closet. It was just beautiful. I ended up wanting to stay an extra day in Vienna, and the staff gave me a great price for the extra night. The staff in general were some of the nicest I’ve dealt with in Europe. One in particular, Jurik, was so kind and patient with all my questions. As an older woman traveling alone, he was particularly kudos to you Jurik! I want to come back to Vienna next year with my husband, and you can bet we will be staying here.

Exceptional 10.0
The hotel is in a great location close to the Opera area and handy for trams and underground. Breakfast was really good - delicious home-made jams and yogurts, meats and cheeses, breads, cereals, juices and the option to have freshly cooked omelettes. The staff are lovely; very helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a larger room which was a lovely surprise. The beds were on the soft side which suited us perfectly - I can't sleep in a hard bed. Our room was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was vey clean. On the minus side, the reading lights are strangely placed and very easy to bang your head on. I'd like to thank everyone for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and apologize - I had a very messy accident with a cup of coffee in our room on the last night there. I hope all the stains came out and I'm sorry for my clumsiness. My excuse is that I was tired after a lot of walking around Vienna.

Great hotel
Very good location, bus & tram just outside and goid shopping and resturants around the corner. The staff at the reception was very helpful and polite. Only two negative things about the room. 1. The AC was very "slow" and almost no cold air came out of it and the vent was hidden behind thick curtains at the windowsill. So the room was hot. 2. The cleaning of the room was bad. (See added pictures) Lots of dust, hair and other things on the floor. Walked in to the room and took of my shoes and walked to the bathroom and back out into the main room and my feet was covered in dirt. Besides that the room was ok, very large and felt like a suite. And I don't understand why the couch was placed infront of the desk (see picture). And when you needed to close the curtains you had to climb tge couch to reach them, a bit odd. But I would stay here again. Very beautiful place.

Nice location maze hotel
The hotel is located in 1 floor of a building, when the reception is on the ground floor, and the dining room at the basemant. Breakfast is good, and the staff's service is wonderfull. also - the location (next to the Opera, supermarket close) is very good. But - the rooms are very small (and we got the "big suite"), the hallways are long and like a maze. smell in the hall and rooms are "old smell". There was a lot of dirt in the room, under the sofa bed and under the sink. some towels were torn. there is a kitchen in the suite, but with no cleaning soap - so we couldn't wash the glasses. there was no dishes except of glasses.

Great hotel and perfect location! Just a quick walk to the Opera and Burggarten, and there are restaurants/cafés on every corner. Room was much larger than we expected, and it was clean which is really all that matters for me. Staff was SO friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions during our stay. The only thing I wish I knew before coming was that they provide you with a cellphone which you can use as a travel guide for the city. You can use it for phone calls, GPS, or internet. Wish I knew before I paid for an international plan but it’s all right! I recommend staying here.
