We just needed a place to overnight between Playa Colán and Cuenca. Service was great. The room was cold but they gave us plenty of blankets. Parking is secure but very small.

Hotel facilities are ok for the price, and the Staff tries hard to please you. Street is too busy with informal vendors (this may be a temporary situation). Parking is small.

Great customer service!
The hotel was fully booked so I don't think we got the room that we paid for. We were supposed to have a city view but instead we got a dark room that looked out into an air shaft. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The front desk girl was wonderful and tried to do everything she could to make our stay more pleasant. We had a hard time communicating with our limited Spanish.

Clean and welcoming
Very clean and updated rooms. The included brkfst was a bit spartan. 1 small round bread piece and 1 plate of scrambled eggs. Coffee and juice.

Fantastic staff and quiet room
The staff was truly amazing. They had an English speaking staff with me all the way on any question. The room was quiet clean and slept like a log. Breakfast was great. I will return.

They have a very very bad issue with bed bugs. I was completely covered in bed bug bites.stay away from this hotel. Very good location for being in Loja but beware.
