Great place to stay, water views (room 1 ) large room. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Continental breakfast was ample, more than expected. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was great. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Deluxe Oceanfront room, with the balcony. (22nd - 24th April) The hotel is located in the CBD. The room looks exactly like the photos on the website, which I think is important to note. Most importantly the room was clean and comfortable. Very generous (free) continental breakfast (delivered to our room the night before), generous tea/coffee provisions and toiletries. It was a little noisy in the evening, during pub hours, but it IS a hotel, so it wasn't a surprise. We didn't use the laundry, but we could see that it was very clean with up-to -date white goods. Definitely recommend, definitely be back.

Absolute gem hotel
This hotel is an absolute gem!! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with smiling and welcoming faces. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with lovely toiletries, and little extras like Tim Tams and nice teas. The room had everything we needed including a mini bar if you didn’t want to venture out for drinks or snacks. A complimentary continental breakfast (delivered to your room) was also included, which was an amazing array of fresh, tasty and very generous goodies. There are also dining options (which we didn’t use but the menu sounded wonderful, next time!). If travelling to Burnie I highly recommend this hotel, it really was fantastic!

I stayed here with 3 kids after arriving on the Spirit of Tasmania. Arrived late, after 9pm. Late check-in in wasn't a problem which I was thankful for at the end of a long day. The entrance is a bit confusing as the car park entrances are to the bar and gaming areas. It was quite noisy until around midnight as it's on top of a pub (which I didn't even think about, whoops) but it was clean and comfortable. Nice comfy beds and a fan in the room was appreciated. The included continental breakfast was brought up when we arrived and I was pretty impressed. Toast, spreads, muffins, fruit salad, fruit juice and cereal. They even had almond milk 🙏 if you'd like a hot breakfast then you can order that too for a reasonable charge. A nice range of hot drinks in the room which were included, and plenty of extras in the bar fridge to buy (alcohol, soft drink, chocolates, chips etc) The foxtel remote wasn't working which was a shame. Also only 2 toothbrushes/shampoo/comditioner/soap/facewasher etc for 4 people, it was only set up for 2 people. The silicon in the shower was mouldy and needs to be replaced. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast options. I did book on the day of arrival via Last Minute and got a discounted rate of $195, but even at full cost ($230) it's a budget stay. If we find ourselves this way again we will definitely come back :)
