this was our second stay here and it is a fun, comfortable and pleasant place to stay as it is near the Shinsaibashi shopping area...the staff are friendly and appreciated my use of Japanese so try to practice some of your own...the breakfast is wonderful, with a wide choice of vegetables and the most delicious rice we have ever eaten!...shower water temperature and pressure were wonderful even though we were on the 9th floor...the room is not that large, but that is to be expected in Japan, and should not discourage your staying here...a recommended hotel...to get to the hotel get off the subway at Shinsaibashi and walk along the Crysta shopping arcade (underground) to exit number five and go up the stairs...then go straight once at the top of the stairs and the hotel is a very short walk away on the left..

Perfect location! Located in a quiet street and only a few minutes walk to the train station! Room and beds were a little bit small but we were hardly in the room anyway. Staff were excellent and friendly!

Good 6.0
Great location but not recommended for families
The Good - the staff were mostly lovely and helpful, and the location is great (located between two different subway stations, only a few blocks from the Shinsaibashi covered shopping mall precinct and a short 10 min walk from Dotombori). The Bad - given we were travelling as a family there were some massive issues with this place that people need to be aware of. Be aware that the definition of "two twin beds" is not two "double beds" - they wouldn't even qualify as a king single, so if you were planning on sharing with kids you will be VERY uncomfortable. Any rooms that come up on this website using filters with children added in will still bring rooms like this up, as the hotel considers children to stay "for free". While this may be true, be aware that as "free" occupants they are also not eligible for basic amenities such as towels and pillows. I found the staff to be totally inflexible on this, with their only suggestion being to "get an additional room". The price is good, the location is better, but this is not a place for families!

Excellent stay - will return on the next trip
The hotel rooms were not spacious. You gotta expect this before you go (then it is adjustable). The location was fair (4min walk to Shinsaibashi Stn. & 7min walk to Namba Stn.). The neighbourhood was okay (quiet at night & busy streets a few blocks down). The breakfast was just acceptable (having 4 hot foods & a little selection of breads & other options). These are the only down sides whilst staying at the hotel. What were so great? Staffs were prompt, helpful, willing to give us a hand. The room was clean, modern equipped with a seperate air cleaning appliance. Amenities were good too. What was so great was the mobile phone placed in the room - you can use anytime outside the hotel until your checkout - it has 4G sim installed that you do not need to worry about your data to google or to use google maps. I found this on my last day just before checkout but was given some time to play around with it and seemed works fine.

Nice stay
Clean, well maintained and modern room on the smaller side. Handy smartphone that guests can use for maps outside the hotel. Great location for travellers with short amount of time in Osaka, easy to walk to hotspots like Dotonbori.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Close to subway and metro. Walking distance to shopping area. Staff were very polite and helpful. It would be nice to have a rotation of breakfast menu. We stayed for a week and had the same breakfast spread throughout our stay.
