Very good
Wonderful location, exactly in the center, very near to everything and in the same time very quiet inside the property, you don't feel you are in the center. Don't be scared about the long and tight street that is the access street to property, cause at the end there is heaven. Nice rooms, clean and spacious, gorgeous pool and full of trees and flowers everywhere. Friendly and well prepared stuff. The location even have a history, build by stages by this local men and then by his son. Breakfast can be improved still.

This was our second visit, and it suits our needs perfectly. Stunning authentic Balinese architecture with a free form pool enveloped by tropical gardens and open plan dining just a stroll away from the main road of Kuta, yet blissfully quiet. The staff are lovely and the food excellent. We stayed in a Junior suite and it had ample space. It’s a small resort and guests are primarily adult. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
