Amazing location. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The room we requested was not available and we were upgraded. The rooms are dated, attention to bathrooms is needed, and the beds are underwhelming. Shuttle service to the Square is a bonus. Price was on point.

We were upgraded to a suite at check-in since there was extra availability due to it being Labor Day and their football game in Nashville. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room- makes a huge difference! 100% recommend for location and price. Check-staff made the check-in process easy!

It’s nice but not really the same amenities as a hotel. No closets and the restaurant hours are strange but you can’t beat the location.
