Great location close to public transport also close to the beach the room was nice good size bed we got upgrade but we have a problem with the air conditioning temperatures way too hot And we can’t adjudged it so we call them to come and fixed it ,so end up they said the filter hasn’t been cleaned for a while not happy about it but apart from everything else was ok

The 2 things that were very disappointing is the shower and parking. Shower hot water doesn’t seem to be all that hot and in this cold weather, it just doesn’t want to make u take showers because the water isn’t that hot. To take your car out the valet parking is a massive pain. One car at a time and people are waiting for them one by one. Just gets frustrating.

Great location--five minute walk to Haeundae Beach
A two-night stay in the city where I live as relatives were staying at my place. The corner suite was nice and the bed comfy, but attention to detail re housekeeping was not up to par. There was a long hair on the coffee table, a torn wrapper peeking out from under a nightstand, and soap not washed from a bathroom tray. This property sits on the Haeundae Strip, a very popular tourist area in Busan. The nightlife can be active and noisy so if that is a concern re sleeping, simply ask for a room that doesn't face the Strip. The location means quick access to numerous restaurants, bars, convenience stores, the Metro and bus lines, and best of all, Haeundae Beach. Despite the housekeeping issues, I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.
