Bathroom roof had mould, there was hair from the previous person everywhere, the shower floor wasn’t cleaned.

Not the best, but not the worst.
Several maintenance issues with the property need to be resolved. I leased a two-bedroom apartment. The shower doors in both bathrooms were disintegrating, and the doors had towel hooks protruding from them. My bedside table was covered in moist, yellow stains. The washer/dryer combo, should be replaced as it seems like it was probably last serviced in the late 1990s. You could never reach anyone on the phone from your room, so it was best to go to the front desk in person if you needed assistance. The front desk staff was quite polite and helpful. The cost was excessive for these accommodations. Next time, I'll probably stay somewhere else.

Amazing value for money! A real treat for the fam!
The “room” was actually a double storey! More like a townhouse! There was an upstairs bedroom with ensuite and then downstairs was a living room with study desk, kitchen with plenty of appliances, bathroom and second bedroom. I was quite blown away! Only downsides were a panel missing on shower and the pool was in another building and quite crowded.
