XO Couture-Highly recommend
Room was clean and comfortable, staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, especially girl on desk with shoulder length hair and glasses. Only thing missing was coat hooks in the room, for when your coat is wet and not enough towel hooks in the bathroom.

Family stay
Very pleasant stay. Location is great with a tram to the centre outside. Nice selection of cafes around the hotel. Rooms are lovely, good size and comfortable. Only thing missing is a bar, does say it’s not open but it’s nice to have the option especially in such a lovely hotel.

Self servive checkin was great and we were able to check in early for 10 euro which we loved although they would have taken our bags for free ...room was lovely spotless and modern with great bathroom and complimentary toiletries. We didnt use the restaurant or bar as we went to city center but the staff we met were friendly and the young girl working when we checked in gave us lots of info on trams etc . Hotel is 20 mins from central staion and dam sq and the stop is located outside the hotel ...taxi from the airport 35 euro and only takes a few minutes ...overall very reasonably priced comfortable modern hotel if you dont mind not being in the actual city centre

Tourist friendly hotel
It was indeed a very tourist friendly hotel, just two minutes from the tramway. They have everything suitably arranged for an average tourist. The staff is so friendly too. The water container of the coffee machine was not very clean, so we couldn't use it. But i guess if we had pointed it out they'd have surely replaced it. We were so happy we forgot to mention it to them.
