Great customer service
Upon arriving at 11pm, our assigned room was not made up from the prior guest. The evening desk person was surprised and apologized for the oversight and personally check another available room before giving us the keys. This desk attendant should be commended for his taking personal responsibility for this oversight. Well done!

It's an okay place to stay
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were not (thankfully we always travel with our own). A suggestion for the hotel would be: better pillows and toilet paper in the suite so I won't have to call the front desk less than 24 hours into my stay for toilet paper (2 rolls that were only a third full when we arrived - you do the math).

Made a reservation for a 2 Queen Bed Suite thru Hotels.com, and when we checked-in we were only reserved for a 2 twin bed suite, which with our family was a tight/less than comfortable experience, and not in line with what we paid or were expecting.
