I love this hotel. I have now stayed there 4 times and will no longer stay anywhere else when I visit my daughter. Sarah at the front desk was great during check in. I thought this would be a good hotel because it had parking inside the building so my car was safe- and that was amazing. Once in the hotel we were surprised to see mold in the shower and it just looked dirty. The kids went to the pool and the pool was nice, however there were no towels left and when they went the next morning to swim all the old dirty towels were all over the chairs and on the floor in the pool area and there were no clean towels to be had. (if the pool hours say its open at a certain time then it really should be clean and ready to be used at that time). The hotel touted a rooftop or terrace with a firepit restaurant - however, it was just a bar with tables and you order food (with fairly limited options) from the bartender. The fireplace was not on and the ambiance was unwelcoming. The food was good but very pricey. I was really quite surprised and disappointed that a hotel with this name would be less comfortable than the Fairfield Inn we stayed at in Redding that was substantially cheaper. Hotel front desk, however was very nice and welcoming.
