We love the pool but there is no shade. It is rooftop pool with little room for so many people..It is fairly close to one of the best beaches in Thailand being bang Tao. The staff were friendly and very helpful unfortunately the building is set with cheaply designed fixtures and fittings.. The units have poor power point placement and loose floor tiles everywhere in hallways for such a newly built building..breakfast was very good and the staff very good..

6th Avenue is short 10-15 minutes walk from the nearby beaches, so it has a great location. The Condominium offers the basics what most visitors need, but it seems like it is not properly maintained, so our stay was a bit disappointing. The good: - Walking distance from the convenience stores (Tesco, 7-Eleven) and the beaches - Infinity pool on the rooftop offers quite the view (probably the only thing I really liked) - Staff were quite nice The bad: - No mosquito nets in the rooms and the area is flooded with mosquitoes (late April) - AC irritated our noses (2 different studios), so probably the AC filters need an immediate replacement - Studios are quite small, it was even difficult to find a spot to unpack my carry-on luggage - The place needs a massive refurbishment, furniture shows wear and tear

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful, clean modern hotel. The pool and gym were great with amazing views. Big bed which was super comfortable. The hotel is slightly hidden away but only a short walk to lovely restaurants and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend.
