Breakfast protocol was not clear; at 7 am there was no employee in sight and no coffee to be had. When I returned at 8, the instructions were at check in and an employee was taking orders. I recommend having an urn out. If a person is worried about COVID, they can pass

Drove over from Austin for a night so we could eat and drink our way around dripping springs. Hotel is less than 10 min from all locations we went to. There is a grocery store right across the street if you need to make a run. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet even tho we were next to the elevator. If your room faces the road, You get a nice view of the hill country once you look past the Home Depot across the street. Ac worked and heat worked great and water was nice and hot. If I’m in town again I would stay here again.

Kind of disappointing. We were there to go to Hamilton Pool and it was closed because of covid. :-( then the hotel both days we were there were servicing the pool so no water. IT was 100 degrees. Very disappointing. Also, they didn't offer any coffee or free type food even though it is a perk for staying at the hotel.

Check in was easy, went to the room and turned the a/c down and left for four plus hours, came back and the room was very hot, a/c was broken, had to switch rooms, all and all nice place and would stay there again

Our room was not clean each day and when requested no one came to clean it. It was such a nice hotel but the customer service and housekeeping was horrible.

Safe for Covid-19
We felt very safe in the Covid-19 pandemic. Masks were required and the hotel was not crowded and was clean. I got a little frustrated with the garbage guest left around the pool and in the pool. I found a Gateraid bottle and a pair of sunglasses in the pool and a sack of beer cans and an empty pizza box on a table by the pool. Also, there was a big stain in the hallway carpet on the 4th floor. Our stay was nice and we did feel safe.
