Our stay was great.. We were here for the Bayou Classic which is normally held in New Orleans, La. Our Bathroom was not fully cleaned upon our arrival, so we had to clean the shower ourselves to rid it of HAIR and broken pieces of soap left in it. The bathroom faucet was also malfunctioning to where when you turn it on, water went everywhere.. Other than that, our stay was great.

Our room wasn’t clean well. Cigarettes were in the trash can, a drink was left in the room from the previous guest, it appears someone before us brush their teeth and the form was still on the glass in the restroom.

Not a very good experience at all. Building is run down and needs work. Was not clean at all on the floors. The rooms were decent but lots of long hair on towels above bath tub. Gaming was poor. There was no control from staff. One husband and wife At my table was so intoxicated while gambling they spilled their drinks on the table and put out a cigarette on the table while trying to get the tray. No masks on nad when asked to where a mask the male said "make me". The floor allowed him to keep losing his money playing recklessly and being disrespectful to staff and others.

Overall the property is nice and friendly service. However, towels were stained and torn and room showing some wear. Short staffed in restaurant but food was good and they worked hard. Will stay again for the right price but would like to see some updates.

Great weekend getaway. Room upgrade due to an issue being able to access the originally assigned room, so that was very nice. Food found in room; was apparently left in the fridge from a previous guest. No housekeeping service for the room, but unknown if related to COVID. General impression with property was very good. Will be back.
