FABULOUS - Don't miss this hidden gem
If you come to Porto, stay here! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the communication before we arrived, to the free parking, to the fabulous location...but that doesn't say enough! The friendliness of the staff was beyond belief, and our wonderful (enormous) room with the terrace overlooking the street provided us with so much enjoyment! We opened the door to our beautiful room to find that we'd been given an AMAZING upgrade (the staff didn't even say anything at check-in...it was just a kind gesture) and immediately ran out to the terrace to enjoy a bottle of wine and the views across Porto's beautiful rooftops. The terrace was big enough that I was even able to exercise in the sunshine outside before having my coffee from the wonderful machine they provided us. It was a brief stopover en route to the Algarve, and our only regret was that we hadn't planned to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful garden and pool on the property. We WILL return to Porto, and we WILL stay at this hotel. It's a must, and I can't wait to come back. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and humour!

Great hotel
We have stayed at the hotel twice and have had 2 different rooms. Both rooms were very roomy and perfect for families. The units have a kitchen so you are able to make your own meals if you would like. Plus a good size freezer and refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and will get your into your unit early if they can.

Este apart hotel é excelente sob todos os pontos de vista. Fica numa zona central. Os apartamentos são novos, amplos, bem decorados, bem apetrechados e muito limpos. Tem um aprazível jardim com piscina. Definitivamente será a escolha para próximas estadias nesta cidade ( cada vez mais encantadora).

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was great - easily walkable from the metro, very close to shopping and amenities, and still walkable to tourist sites. The person who checked me in was incredible - super helpful and welcoming. He gave me all kinds of useful information and recommendations, right down to bus numbers and prices, describing local food specialties and good local restaurants to get them at.

Just what we wanted
This hotel may not have street presence (aside from its fantastic front door) but then the street doesn't initially appear appealing... However it's a real gem. Behind the original facade of the historic building are modern appartments with all that we needed. Most of the city's sights - and loads of places to eat - are within walking distance; and the garden and pool are a delight. The reception staff were particularly helpful with suggestions and advice.

Great accommodation, friendly staff
We enjoyed being close, but not too close to much of the main area of Porto. It was all very walkable and nice to have the pool. Also awesome that it had 2 full bathrooms and 2 levels for sleeping. Lower level had a closed off bedroom which opened up into the main space with a murphy bed and full bath. For a longer stay, it's nice that it had a full kitchen.
