The hotel is an historic landmark. It does not have elevators so the third floor for us was kind of difficult. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms in the first and second floor does not have AC. They were cool enough at night. Beds need to be replaced. They were not comfortable. The location is excellent very close to Cathedral and museums
