Don't bother....very disappointed!!!
Chose this place for price and breakfast, told no breakfast anymore on arrival!!! So had to ask for part refund...got £10. Dated decor, dirty reception carpet, but noticed that breakfast was still included on price board!! Room had dirty marks all over the carpet, dirty mirrors, bathroom carpet was dirty/very dusty around all edges, really scummy grout in shower and double bed had a single sheet on it that obviously didnt fit down over the sides of the mattress. Couldn't find anywhere else close by to move to, and when asked if any other rooms available there, was told they were fully booked, so no rooms.

Half a star would be generous.
This hotel struggles to get half a star and that is generous. Two days before arrival I was called and advised that they do not do breakfast, despite the website showing that they do. The bar seems to be permanently closed and communication with the staff is not existent as little English is spoken. When trying to arrange an alternate method of payment to that which we reserved the hotel on the only person who seemed to speak any English had to be got out of bed and appeared in reception in her dressing gown! The reception carpet was stained as was the room carpet. The water pressure was pathetic and on the second floor showering was an interesting challenge. Although the room was clean when we arrived there appeared to be no service on the second day with the room uncleaned and unmade. Finally as we were packing up to leave one of the staff entered the room without any warning which could have been embarrassing. Using the only English word she knew "sorry" she retreated from the room. From our experience she has obviously had a lot of experience with this word and is fluent in it. Definitely would not stay here again. It was once a good family run hotel, but the present owners do not appear to understand how to run a decent hotel with published amenities. Don't be fooled by the website!
