Great location in the Olympic Village. Very nice quiet area to walk around and yet not far from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku by train or walking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful and lovely.

Solo short holiday visit
Beautifully clean and modern hotel, with great facilities, in a quiet and spacious area. The hotel decor is really well finished and my room was top quality even for the cheapest rate. Everything you'd expect from a good quality hotel, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, complementary water. They also have access to a super cheap coin laundry which was a lifesaver after I got my coat filthy one day. There's an ATM and a convenience store at the bottom of the hotel and a breakfast room if you want it. Some reviews said it was a bit far from the nearest public transport, but the Gaiemmae subway station on the Ginza line is only a 5 minute walk away and connects to everywhere you'd want to go, so don't worry about it if you see that in reviews!

Amazing hotel and staff
Amazing hotel and staff!!! Landed in Tokyo early at 5am but it was not a problem to leave baggage at reception early, also my Wi-Fi mobile device was already delivered and waiting at reception. During check in, staff advised me that I was upgraded to better room for free. Room was big and comfortable, toilet spotless clean, partial view of MT Fiji (I guess other rooms have partial view of baseball stadium) Didn’t have breakfast but there is small convenience shop downstairs and caffe/pub (showing life sports). 5 mintue walk to closest subway station which takes you to Shibuya in another 5-10min. Staff very friendly with good English. No English tv though (but didn’t bother me as didn’t come to watch TV there) Overall, it is in my opinion and when compare to hotels in Europe, a 4.5* hotel, which I highly recommend!!!
