The hotel is located near a baseball stadium which gives a good view from reception and some rooms but the local area has nothing else to offer. The hotel restaurant was ok but not good. The food was ordinary and expensive. Certain reception staff were cold as ice. Barely cracked a smile and not serviable with a touch rude. I won’t go back.

Relaxing stay at the Nippon Seinenkan Hotel!
Had a great stay at this hotel in a superior triple room which was a good size for the 3 of us. Very comfortable beds with pyjamas left out. Excellent shower and bathroom with things like hairdryer, toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner. So quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke very good English. Great view over the baseball field from the lobby! You can have breakfast there or very cheap at the Stadium Cafe on the ground floor. There is an onsen on the 10th floor. Free wifi. Only downside was the distance from the JR station (Sendagaya) which is a 10-15 minute walk but there was another station (Gaiemmae) only about a 6 minute walk away.

Beautiful place in a good location...the baseball and rugby fields were a bonus ... excellent room and good food.. close to Shibuya and Shinjuku ... only fault that I could come up is the need to use 2 lifts to get to ur room...

Best train station to use is Gaimae which is on Ginza line. If you can walk lots & lots during holidays or a sport lover coming to Tokyo for major event, this will be the place to stay especially the later one. We found it could be a bit tiring walking back from Gaimae after days of walking for up to 7hrs, sounds a bit strange but I think most can relate to, especially with children in tow. Meiji Shrine is nearby & so is the Memorial which tree lined street.

Beautiul and quiet hotel.
Beautiful hotel that is very quiet. No real faults but just little things like nowhere to put away your belongings at all although it was a large room especially for Tokyo. Also, the curtains didn't block out light at the edges so woke up early. The staff tried hard but lack experience although this will get better. Free water bottle everyday was appreciated especially in the Tokyo summer heat and the large onsen bath was fantastic and great after a full day of walking. Lots of cheap small restaurants and convenience stores nearby so eating out or in was good. 5 minutes walk from the station not bad and it was easy to find. Overall a good stay and would stay here again.

One of the Best New Hotels in Tokyo
I have stayed in dozens of good quality hotels in Tokyo for both business and play and this is by far one of the best! The view over the stadium that is next to the hotel was a great bonus over the weekend that I stayed. It is a very modern hotel with wonderful facilities and ammenities, suburb staff and an overall good vibe. The rooms are also incredibly spacious for Tokyo snd well designed. A++.
