Good location and service. But no sound-proof
Good location. Easy to find . Supermarket and convenient store are all around there. But some snores are too loud.. can't fall asleep for few nights :(

      Good place for price/simple needs
Very small rooms, about a ten minute walk from the Roppingi area. Friendly concierge and although rooms were small they were very clean.

      Cheap, but thin walled
The smallest, most uncomfortable (,but cheapest) stay we had in Japan. I would only stay here if you are a heavy sleeper and plan to be out and about the whole day. We're fine with shared amenities, but the room was not completely enclosed (there's a gap between the door and the ceiling), so sound traveled very easily, and light was the hallway was let in. Despite being extremely jetlagged and tired, I slept very fitfully. We had a bunk bed room, which had maybe a foot of room on each side. We couldn't comfortably open our suitcases in the room. The main pros are that it's cheap and the location is fine.

      Thai-owned guest house.
bunk bed for two is an extremely tight squeeze. single cubicles appear bigger.

      Small but Clean
We only stayed one night and it was fine. The rooms are small. The wifi never worked. But the property was clean. They let us check in early. A train nearby goes directly to the airport. It was fine for a night. I don't think I'd want to spend my whole vacation there.
