My Husband Phil & I had the Best Stay. Very Quaint Hotel, just a couple of blocks from waterfront.Absolutely spotless, so many sitting areas, Coffee, tea water and ice available 24-7. We had a wonderful stay at ZEY Hotel in Greenport! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with so much charm, character, and a unique boutique feel. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, and the whole property has a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Greenport and within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, waterfront, and everything the village has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the overall vibe of the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing Greenport getaway. We would definitely stay at ZEY Hotel again and highly recommend

We got off the Orient Point ferry late in evening and were welcomed so warmly by the host! Its like stepping back to a lovely time with the cozy living room on 2 floors and elegant furnishings. The complimentary coffee and lemon water. We loved the cozy feel of the living room that we just picked up muffins from a bakery and ate them with the coffee there. The ONLY reason we gave 4 stars, not 5 is the room had no sound barrier abd we heard next door t.v. on til almost midnight. We loved our stay other than that.0

Staff was accommodating and kind. The coffee and tea is a nice touch. Great location and nice common areas. Free parking. The room was a little shoddy, especially the bathroom but products were nice. They really need to dilute the cleaning products though. Way too strong of a smell in the linens and the room. We had to keep the doors open to air it out.

This place was really unique well kept really close to everything since is in the middle of town and on main street really liked they had coffee, juice and a few pastries to get you started in the morning the staff was amazing!!! James( the manager) and jessica (housekeeping) know exactly what they are doing not to mention how nice and helpful they were we even added an extra night to our stay cause we didn't want to leave can not wait to go back!

Surprising. Colorful comfortable, cozy. We enjoyed our spacious room and breakfasting on the large outdoor deck, and had we had the time, we would have lay on the lounge chairs and read books. James, Tony and our chambermaid were all helpful and accomodating. While not luxurious, it is eclectic, fun and we would come back.

Pros: Rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. Helpful staff welcoming. One parking spot Per room in back off Street. Had a nice seating areas throughout the games quiet corners to read. Plenty of shopping and restaurants been walking distance. Con: say it's early in the season as I stayed in the beginning of June. But the outdoor patio and gardens needed some attention and trimming. I would assume once the season gets going that this will be a manicured better.
