Alright for one night
I was disappointed by the staff who treated me quite rudely and made it very evident that I was disturbing them. I simply asked if there was a microwave to heat up some food and asked if there was a filtered water tap. There was no willingness or customer service attitude I was made to feel like an inconvenience which I didn’t appreciate. The room I stayed in didn’t allow any privacy once the blinds were open and the positioning of the air conditioner right over the bed made it very cold instantly but then hot when you turned it off. There were shower soap suds on the glass at the bottom of the shower also so better attention to detail with cleaning as well as marks and scum where the soap sits. Amelia was lovely and accommodating but the male staff member was rude.

Great 3 nghts stay here 800m from trainstation Lovely lady at reception checked us in early with ease,bed was comfy ,shower was great and probably 10 mins wall to the mall at fortitude Valley
