Very helpful and friendly staff, specially the person at the front desk named Ashraf. He was extremely helpful and kind, because of his generosity and helpfulness, our stay there felt like home. We stayed in Movenpick hotel in Medina, but because of the rude staff we didnt like it over there and in Al Battal Hotel, Mecca, because of the friendly and helping staff we loved every bit of our stay there, specially when me and my wife are aged and on the travel alone, Ashraf's generosity was a blessing.

The only positive point is being close to Haram and friendly staff. The room was very small there was not enough space to put prayer mat even.

A very steep road to the hotel needs an athlete.
Noisy hotel, non sound proof room. I couldn't sleep. No shuttle bus to Horam and the road to the hotel is very steep and difficult to walk this uphill way. Not clean. TV set doesn't work. WiFi is very bad.
