Brilliant service and very very clean. Only negative is that it has a very deep shower....awkward to get into if elderly or bad knees

Service was very generous and informative all the time, where to go, how to beat prices and how to get around. Room is a little small but enough room on each sides of the bed, if your spending a lot of time out of the room to see Chiang Mai, this should not be a problem for you. Love the deep shower bath but a little odd to have a toilet facing the shower next a window which is next to the bed and that can be block with a curtain. It'd be great if the pool was heated. Overall, I'd come back and stay again.

Wonderful location and nice decoration

The location was nice, staff were friendly, some towels, bedsheets were missing some edges & corners. The pool water was not pleasant & may need frequent maintenance.

Gorgeous hidden gem, walking distance to everything, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.

We really liked this hotel. It's a great place for a couple. The rooms are very nice and it's a beautiful property. There are several restaurants and lots of shopping close by. The hotel also worked out well for scheduling tours at a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel was great. The design is very unique and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

This is a great hotel. I accidentally booked for December instead of January. I will be coming back and will have a more thorough review. Staff could not have been nicer and my wife loves the place from a previous trip.

Location and staff were great. Had some issues with a seating location at the hotel restaurant but staff made up for it with complimentary drinks. Walls are thin so it’s extremely noisy with people above you or next to you. Had lots of issues with WiFi not working in our room, which they would eventually fix but it would stop working an hour later and the cycle would continue. Also, make sure to keep track of your mini bar beverages consumed and what they are actually putting in it. They charged us and other members in our group staying in other rooms for consuming drinks I’m POSITIVE we did not drink. We had purchased our own drinks at 7/11 and only had those, never touching the hotels drinks.
