We very much enjoyed our over night stop at valemount mountain retreat. A beautiful home with our accommodations being in the basement. During busy times i could forsee discomfort if there were other guests as the washroom and sitting area are shared.

Cute place tucked away from the city/town. Retreat is a great name. Pleasant service for my last minute reservation. Only stayed for a night on my way between two other places but would love to go back for a longer stay to enjoy the serenity.

Amazingly beautiful setting surrounded by meadows with view of snow capped mountains out back. Rustic and rural but high class comfort. Shirley is a wonderful outgoing friendly host who goes to lengths to make you feel welcome.
