So accessible in regards to transport, food / restaurants. Manager been so accommodating and have granted our request to have our rooms in the same floor (for I have booked 4 rooms all together) but to my surprise we have our rooms next to each other.

The property is not what it's being advertised. It looks nothing like the picture on the web site. The reception is rundown and the air conditioning unit was dripping water in the lobby. The carpet in the hallway to the room was worn out and have big patch of stain all over. The room is small the carpet is dirty and stained, you can acutely see the dust bunny at the end of the bed. The bathroom is old and the shower has mildew growing on the floor and walls. In term of house-keeping, we were told that it will be serviced every other day (new green program) which is ok with us as we normally hang our towels and reuse them. however due the the tropical temperature we did take more shower than expected and by the third day we were in need of fresh towels so we place our towels in the bathroom sink indicating that we need fresh towels, house keeping did not get the message or did not care about our request, they simply folded our wet towels and place them on the counter. Finally, I don't know how does the SG Clean folks certify their properties but how can you certify a property as sanitized when there is mildew growing on the shower wall. All of this is to say, I would recommend that you stay way from this hotel even though it is in a very nice neighbourhood.

Good friendly service. They put effort into cleaning but not good enough; carpets are dirty, and the shower cubical needs to be cleaned. The management has to set a standard in cleaning along with their brand promise (SG Clean) and monitor the day-end checklist of the cleaners to make proper daily cleaning is to be maintained.

It’s location is excellent, lot’s of great restaurant around. We roam around late at night at it was safe as well. Great for morning jog. I suggest that they remove the carpet, so that it will be perfect.
