Service was good and accommodating. The room was not great. Not clean. Minimal lighting. Location on the beach was great. Free breakfast was solid however all the tables by the road were swarming with flies.

Beautiful location with jungle beach vibes galore
Very cool place. I would highly recommend. We stayed on the Zen Zone side which was quite, but I'd say both sides are "relaxing". The other side just happens to have the bar and more socializing, but you can simply walk over so don't let that piece sway you on deciding one side from the other. I thought service was great, area was safe, rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. Could have used a thinner/smaller pillow, but AC worked great! In walking distance to Jungle Gym, great restaurants, shops, liquor store, pharmacy, and scooter/ATV rentals. Really perfect for whatever you're looking for. Wifi was reliable and sufficient. I would definitely stay or recommend visiting.

Le llamarán hotel pero no lo es, son unas cuantas cabañas, construidas de palo y con techo de palma, el baño utiliza agua salada para todo. Bueno para pasar una noche en la playa y salir corriendo del lugar.

The property was nice. They need a little more lighting for people like me who can’t really see at night. I know it’s eco friendly but fridge would have helped . The people who did the massage Gerardo and Aide they were lovely. The staff wasn’t to helpful , I went to the restaurant where they served the free breakfast I asked for a cup of ice and one of the workers had me waiting 20 mins . They took everyone’s order and left me for last I was there before everyone I just stood up and left . It was done to me a second time sat at their sister hotel and sat in that hot sun for 20 mins the same waiter never paid no mind to me but when others he was always serving them . I had to take his pic and showed it to the front desk which of course they didn’t help at all. A lot of seaweed and algae on the beach .
