Desapontado.
Esperava muito mais da pousada. Tem tudo para ser um.lugar inesquecível, mas deixa a desejar em muitos pontos. Fomos recepcionados por um pessoal confuso e mal preparado. Nao sabiam se já estávamos hospedados ou não...mesmo tendo acabado de chegar. O passeio de barco que a pousada oferece não saiu da pousada como prometido. Tivemos que andar mais uns km para pegar o barco. Disseram que estava quebrado, mas não avisaram nada por mensagem. O quarto é simples e confortável. Ficamos em um quarto com ar condicionado. Porém o banheiro é péssimo. Cheira urina a todo momento e o chuveiro é um desastre. Não cai uma gota em você, e sim em todo o restante do box. A comida que a pousada oferece é razoável. Esperava mais pela preço e pelo sabor que sei que a comida mineira tem. O café da manhã é uma explosão de açúcar. Tudo, praticamente tudo tem açúcar em exagero. Não há a opção de café sem açúcar. A localização do lugar é incrível, a estrutura poderia ser muito melhor aproveitada e o pessoal (principalmente os donos) deveriam ser mais bem preparados se querem lidar com viajantes experientes ou não. Que fique a dica para futuras reservas.

Razoável mas da pra melhorar....
O local em si é lindo, tem muito potencial para ser nota mil, porém deixou de oferecer o básico, água disponível, a limpeza e um chuveiro decente! O meu banheiro estava sujo, a parede embolorada e o chuveiro sai água para todos os lados, exceto em quem está tomando banho. Cama razoavelmente confortável. Por ser proibido levar comida ou bebida, eles deveriam ter frigobar nos quartos com água disponível (para venda mesmo) já que nem isso havia.... se você acordar a noite com sede você está lascado.....

Ambiente familiar, refeições com comida tradicional mineira e atendentes muito receptivos. Ficamos integrados à natureza, como se estivéssemos em uma grande fazenda. Passeio de barco com saída e chegada na própria pousada, em barco confortável e seguro. Tudo excelente!

Pousada nunca será, no minimo um hotel fazenda.
Precisa de muitas melhoras, longe das cachoeiras e muito longe da cidade, não tem como sair a noite, funcionários sem preparado, café da manhã bem fraco, como o almoço e jantar. Como viajante por todo o Brasil, com certeza foi o pior hotel que fiquei.
