Staffs are not helpful. The first room they gave me was terrible, smelly, dusty and aged! Moreover, the window in the room is a fake one, it is facing the lobby and can’t be opened. I asked front desk staff for another room, however they said it is a free upgrade for me...... I insisted to have the “original” room type that I booked. They refused at the beginning. I had to ask another staff to ask their manager to fix it. It took me more than 45 mins to get a room that is not smelly, but still aged and dusty. The only good thing is checkout was fast.
